Done for you — one product, one written review

Your certificate data files with every shipment.
Send us one product and we'll make sure yours is right.

Since July 8, 2026, CPSC-regulated products imported into the US transmit their certificate data electronically at entry. The importer of record owns the accuracy of seven data elements, and a broker cannot certify a document they did not build. We review your paperwork against every one of them, correct it, and give you the exact citations.

US$99 one-off (≈ US$99), charged once by Lemon Squeezy. No subscription. Full refund if you change your mind before you send your documents, and a full refund if we find nothing to fix.

What you get back

1 · A line-by-line review

Your current certificate and shipping documents, read against the seven eFiling data elements and 16 CFR 1110 — with the gaps named, not implied.

2 · A corrected or rebuilt certificate

A CPC or GCC that is complete and rule-specific, citing the exact section from the official CPSC lists rather than a generic compliance paragraph.

3 · A broker briefing sheet

One page your freight forwarder or customs broker can act on, so the data handoff for the Full PGA Message Set does not turn into a week of email.

4 · Risk notes for entry

Written notes on anything that would trigger a Request for Information at the border — the mismatches, missing citations and testing-lab problems that cause the hold.

How it works

Step 1 — Buy the audit

US$99 one-off. You'll get a receipt by email from Lemon Squeezy immediately. That receipt is how you reach us with your documents.

Step 2 — Send one product's paperwork

Reply to the receipt with the certificate (a draft is fine), the product listing or spec sheet, test reports if you have them, and the age-grading or labelling details for children's products.

Step 3 — Get the review back

The written review, the corrected certificate, the broker briefing sheet and the risk notes, by email. If we need anything else from you, we ask once, precisely.

Questions people ask before buying

Is this legal advice?

No. EntryReady is a documentation and compliance-review service, not a law firm, customs broker or testing laboratory. We review and correct the paperwork you are required to hold; the certificate is still signed by you as the manufacturer or importer, and a qualified US compliance professional can review it if you want a legal opinion.

Do you file the shipment for me?

No. The importer of record (or their customs broker) transmits the data at entry through ACE. What we remove is the reason that filing goes wrong: we hand you a complete, citation-correct document set and a one-page briefing sheet your broker can act on for the Full PGA Message Set.

What do I actually send you?

Whatever you hold for one product: the current CPC or GCC (even if it is a draft), the product listing or spec sheet, any test reports, and the labelling or age-grading details if it is a children's product. After payment you'll get a receipt by email — reply to it with those files. If anything is missing we'll tell you exactly what we still need rather than guess.

What if my paperwork turns out to be fine?

Then that is the finding, and it is worth knowing before an entry: we send a short written note saying your documents are file-ready and flag what to re-check as your product line or suppliers change. We would rather tell you that than invent work, and if that is the outcome we refund the audit in full.

What is the refund policy?

Full refund if you change your mind before you send us your documents. Full refund if we review your paperwork and find nothing that needs fixing. Once the written review has been delivered it is not refundable, because it is bespoke work you keep and use — but if it does not address what you asked for, we correct it until it does. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

My product might be exempt. Is the audit still worth it?

Find out first, free. Run the rule checker and the readiness check — if your product falls outside the CPSC rules, or you score 100 on a simple low-risk general-use product, we will say so and you can keep your money. The audit earns its place on children's products, anything requiring third-party testing, and mixed shipments where the wrong rule citation is the most likely hold.

I already have a certificate from my supplier. Why review it?

Because a certificate from a supplier is exactly the document most likely to be incomplete for eFiling: missing the right rule citation, naming a testing lab that never tested the production units, or describing a product that does not match what is on the bill of lading. Those are the three failures we see most often, and all three are fixable before the container moves.

How long does the review take, and what does it cost?

US$99, charged once by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record — no subscription, nothing recurring. The written review comes back by email once the work is done. If you have a hard deadline, say so when you send your documents and we will tell you straight away whether it is realistic, rather than take the work and miss it.

Is my data kept confidential?

Your documents are used for this review and nothing else. Do not send payment details, personal identity documents or anything unrelated to the product — they are not needed for a certificate review. If you need a confidentiality agreement in place first, ask through the contact page before you buy.
